The German Federal Ministry of Labor started an initiative called Perspektive 50 Plus, which is a program to improve the chances of long term unemployed people aged 50 and older to once again find a job. One of their activities was a photography competition which lead to a series of postcards they now use as promotional material, distributed at events and/or to companies and organizations.
